AoBee Puzzle & Craft Co. – Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.
Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Gift cards, sale items, custom/personalized products, perishable goods, and hazardous items are non-returnable.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Please contact us at aobeepuzzle.craft@gmail.com to request a return.

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately.
We will provide a replacement or refund as appropriate to ensure your satisfaction.

For exchanges, please return the original item first.
Once your return is approved, you may place a separate order for the replacement item.
We recommend waiting for return confirmation before purchasing the new item to ensure stock availability.

For orders shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
